I am really focusing on making good decisions and being accountable. Today, I did Exerbeat, the treadmill and Walk it Out for a total of 460 cal burned and over 8,000 steps. I have been tracking everything. I have even been weighing and measuring. Haven't done that for years.
I am determined to get this weight off in 2013. I have been the same weight for the last 1.5 years. I guess that is better than gaining.
I know it all comes down to the decisions I make. Again, one of the best decisions was putting that treadmill in the bedroom. I actually enjoy it now. New shoes worked great today.
I think I have formed some really good exercise habits in 2012. In 2013, I really have to focus on eating at home more, cutting out the alcohol, and watching my choices. The next few days will be a test as we are meeting different friends for dinner this weekend. My resolve is really going to be put to the test :)
