I have been fighting to world's worst, energy sapping, annoying head cold since last Friday. I took one day off of boot camp and was determined to make it to day 3 but that proved counter-productive as is wiped me out. Baby girl and I just make slow progress each day and Christmas was fun but super tiring. I really don't want to spend six hours at the over burdened urgent care because I don't think I have an infection, but progress is sooooooo slow and I really want to get on with exercising now that my motivation made a return. If there's one thing I'm not it's patient!
God knows how to help me with that I guess by giving me some more practice. I've enjoyed reading blogs here on SP though these past few days. Can't wait to join you all again in MOVING.

I'm sorry you're sick! Rest and drink your green tea. Hopefully you're better by New Year's Day!

I'm so sorry to read that you've been sick. What a bummer! If it doesn't go away in another day or two, you may have the flu or some sort of infection. Colds usually run their course in 5-7 days. I hope you feel better! emoticon

Hum I too have been having a cold since last Friday. Alka-Seltzer Plus and
Emergen-C seem to be working for me. But sometimes ... we just have to break down and see the Dr.

Sometimes drs really do know best, if you continue to feel bad you should really go get checked out. My youngest daughter gave me a cold that I let go because I didn't want to be bothered with the waiting. It kept getting worse and right before Christmas hubby MADE me go to the Urgent Care here and I found that the simple cold my daughter gave me had become a sinus infection that was just about ready to move into my ears! Hope you feel better soon.
