Happy New Year

My goals haven't really changed since I first joined Sparks. My weight is the same as it was a year ago in TOPS. At one point I was down to 185 but I lost the motivation and went back up. I need a kick in pants and that's a big target. It's back to basics for me this year. Tracking, portion control, exercise and strength training

  I, too, am a TOPS member and lost and then gained it all back. I have finally settled down to tracking my food and using the scale and measuring cups for portion control. It really does make a difference. I know what you are going through and believe me you can conquer this!!!! If you ever need someone to talk to just let me know. We TOPS members have to stick together.

  I weigh more, but I got pregnant! :P My goal next year is to get under 200. I got pregnant around 215-220 so that's my sort of small goal as far as weight for 2013. i'm due in April. *kicks* you in the pants.

    I wish you a successful 2013. Set small goals for yourself and then reward yourself with non-food items. A new pair of sneakers for 10 lbs, a manicure for 20 lbs., etc. Have the proverbial carrot dangling in front of you. You can do it (even without a swift kick in the butt). emoticon emoticon

    I took a break from SP except to check the teams and I gained 4lbs so back to tracking for me also. We can do this together Bonnie
