after 3 days.. i'm back!

i've taken a bit of a break from blogging... but i'm happy to report that i've been on track since my last post! been eating at the low end of my calorie range to hopefully offset the terrible turn of events this christmas holiday. my massive overeating. tomorrow is my mother in law's christmas event.. but i'm pretty sure that i've got my head on straight. i'll be fine.
i haven't been working out like i should.. just kinda squeezing in 10 minutes here and there whenever i can. hubby is always with me and i'm not much for sweating my butt off in company... thank goodness he's left for awhile. allowing me to divulge my details on here and work out.. although i've mostly been messing on pinterest and reading stuff about make up and DIY face masks... hum... i better get to it.. i still need to clean. emoticon
i didn't weigh in this week due to being terrified of the results.. i don't want to be a failure! chances are i'll weigh in before the weekend is over though.. sigh. don't want to take a step back in my efforts emoticon

    You are doing great! I try to remember that this is for the rest of my life. 10 minutes is wayyyy better than 0 all counts! I too like Pinterest and makeup...and I can waste hours on Youtube watching makeup and skincare vids but it relaxes me.
