I seem to be doing really good, losing weight, and staying motivated, then out of nowhere, I drop my weight loss program. I don't ease out of it or get lazy during workouts. I just stop all together. I'm not sure why.
Part of my new year resolution is to stay on SparkPeople and be healthier. So hopefully, I will be able to stick with it this time. I like to start a program on Sundays, so I'm holding off on creating an actual Day 1 blog post.
I haven't gained too much weight back on my 3-4 month break. Around 4-5 pounds. I'm proud of myself for that. Some things that SparkPeople has taught me really stuck with me.
