It is time for me to encourage myself to improve my health, strength & stamina! I currently weigh approximately 177 pounds and I desire to weigh approximately 140 pounds. This mean that I need to lose 37 pounds of fat! I will attempt to lose at least 8 pounds a month;
this will probably take 4 to 5 months. May is my target month!
WOW! I never thought I would have the nerve to put myself out there "ass out" literally!
But here I go! I got to get real with myself!
