I am working my way back onto SP after much too long of a break. Started back slow with just logging on and starting to earn points, started food/water tracking again etc. Jan 1 I begin my workouts again. Trying not to overdo it so I don't burn myself out, this needs to be long-term and permanent. Positive quotes will help me get through.... here's one for today

    To me the hard part was making my workouts habits...when me and my hubby worked out in evening we always had excuses or reasons why we didn't. Now we get up every morning before work and get it in...I can say it was something I never thought I would keep up but it has been over a month and it has made a big difference. I'm more focused and it is a great way to start off my day.

    Just wanted to share my success....good luck to you and you can always find positive comments here on SP...
