I am working my way back onto SP after much too long of a break. Started back slow with just logging on and starting to earn points, started food/water tracking again etc. Jan 1 I begin my workouts again. Trying not to overdo it so I don't burn myself out, this needs to be long-term and permanent. Positive quotes will help me get through.... here's one for today
