Yesterday I ate 100% on plan, and today I am down to 220.6. I feel like a mountain climber, who can see the summit, but keep slipping back down. My summit is 215..lol
I am starting a plan to lose 26 lbs in 13 weeks, from 12/30/12 - 3/31/13. I just decided to not wait for the start. Most of all I want to get to Onederland before I hit that date, so my pictures show some difference.
I finished my 90 minute walk at the gym, and had breakfast. It was 9 degrees, so I wasn't about to walk outdoors. I had 6 XL eggs for breakfast as always, and am cooking up 2 lbs of chicken, 1 can of diced tomato, and 1/2 an onion in 2 T olive oil, and the juices for lunch/ dinner. My snack will be a 1/2 cup of macadamia nuts. I like all these meals, and plan to stay with that menu every day till I get bored with it. Sometimes, eating simple helps.
I have plans to volunteer at the pantry tonight. Maybe 3-4 hours. After that, I plan to get more sleep. Restarting low carb always leaves me a bit tired for 2-3 days.
