What motivates me to exercise

I find that just focusing on weight loss as a reason to exercise doesn't always motivate me. My true motivation to exercise daily is that I know I'll feel great and energized.

So, early in the morning, when my bed seems like a much better place, I remind myself that I'll have to get up anyway and that getting up a little earlier to exercise will help me start the day with some positive energy.

    maybe I need to make this my motto --to get up and excercise-- I want to start 2013 with more excercise efforts in high gear---good luck
