I cannot tell what pictures I have chosen. I goofed up my computer and I cannot add new pictures. So I am hoping I can learn how to do it in 2013.
I am still on plateau after loosing only a few pounds but I planned to maintain over Christmas.
I am going to spend 3 days at the gym, 2 walking and 2 taking a break PER WEEK.
I am going to lower my calorie range as of the first OF JANUARY.
I have gone over CALORIES a few days and other days I just forgot to post ...
that must not happen any more.
So With the New Year we hope we can become closer to who we want to be.
