I stayed home with a migraine and generally crummy feeling body.
I thought about going ahead and working out, knowing that exercise can often make you feel better, but this migraine was a different animal - and I remembered the last (and only) time I tried hot yoga - I had a headache, forced myself through the hour long session, and forced my friend to pull over on the way home so I could get sick, before crawling to bed and banishing all light and sound from the room.
So I decided to not chance it this time. I know lots of people say "you'll never regret working out" - well I have at least one time when i did regret it and didn't want to double that experience.
However, I clearly know what our burnout days consist of so perhaps I'll feel better soon and try some of it on my own.
But don't hold your breath ;)
