Held for 25 seconds. I could have held longer but I didn't want to collapse in that pose it would have hurt.
I guess I like challenging my body to see what it can do, this is all about concentration and mental strength for me, also challenges my core to the max.
My husband tried it yesterday .. he got it too unassisted scorpion. He held it for like about 2 second. I was proud of him, but he realized how hard the stuff I am doing actually is. He was impressed that I can twist my body that way, he got an workout like he ran a marathon just from trying to do scorpion.
If I can help motivate him to get any sort of exercise in any way I am happy and feel like I have helped him out .... and us so he can get exercise and ya know make his ticker healthier and live a longer life ....
anyways ... I am blabbing now. BUT I am not giving up this is my practice and I am going to continue practicing yoga for probably the rest of my life I think now!
