Borrowed a Zumba book and dvd from the library hoping that I can add something more fun and also challenging since I don't know how to dance to my fitness routine. This ought to be funny. So in addition to my kickboxing 3x a week, I want to do Zumba 3x a week and my walking 3-4x a week, depending on how the weather is. Which isn't very nice right now. On another note, I'm down more weight, I hit the 15 pound weight loss achievement. So that's another thing I'm happy about. Now to go down 6 more pounds to be under my 190 goal by Valentine's.
