Ready for 2013

Last night I set up my weight loss plan for the year! I thought that for me, it would be better to break things down on a month to month basis. I have my plan in place, for the month of January, my goal is to lose 10 pounds. I did not do too awful during the Christmas season. But I do need to get back to my regular exercise program. emoticon emoticon
