Daily goals for today:
Exercise for at least 30 minutes
Log ALL foods eaten and try to stay below 2000 calories, haven't been doing very well with the diet so I'm going to set higher calories goals and gradually cut it down as my body gets used to it. I think the feeling that I constantly blow it is sabotaging my efforts. Then when I go over my calorie budget I quit logging and just eat whatever I want.
