SparkCoach ~ What Do You Think?

Friday, December 28, 2012

So, I'm curious... :)

Today I decided to tryout SparkCoach!
I need help with motivation, consistency, and staying on track regardless of what's going on in my life at the time.

I'm not sure how long the tree trial is, but I'm already thinking that the next time I get a check deposited I'm going to spend a little to do this for at least one month. :)

I'm curious who else has tried it and what your experience was/is with it?
Did you find the extra support you needed?
Are you still doing it?
What are/were your reasons for trying it... and do you think those reasons still apply now?

At present I have not signed on to Spark Coach for a $ price. The trial wasn't a total waste tho. Watch for a blog on that soon. :)

I too tried it for the week. Dropped it as well. I find the My Points page is better for me.

Did the free week. I have all the articles here on Sparks to help me, without needing extra coaching I guess.

I tried it for the week-long trial, and it was alright, but not for me. I can see how, if you have trouble making yourself log things, SparkCoach is AWESOME. It takes you through the most important stuff, step-by-step, each day. If you're short on time, or fins the SP site overwhelming (anyone else every get caught up in reading forums?), SparkCoach is great. Personally, I have other methods to make myself log stuff, so I didn't see the need for the extra money.

I tried it and enjoyed it but didn't want to part with the money because I really didn't consider it important enough to pay for it. I love sparkpeople though. emoticon

I tried it. Didn't find it of much help to me...and dropped it after the free week trial. But each of us is different...and what works for one may be very different to what works for another. I didn't feel like it would be worth paying for for me.
