Some old posts and I came across the start of BLC 15. Is it really that long? Hell yeah! It made me sad reading through the blogs as I sound so sad...but the reality is that things are not so much better now. I seriously need to kick my butt, I NEED to get my control back. I know its going to be a long, hard road and even harder since I have ANOTHER 25lbs on since last time, but I have done it before, which means I CAN do it again.
So this is my NEW START committment!! The same commitment that I had on BLC15...
N - Nutrition - to make sure I eat my 5 fruit and veg per day and stay within my calorie allowance
E - Exercise - to commit to at least 20 mins per day, and include both strength and cardio
W - Water - to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day (more if I am exercising)
S - Sleep - to aim to get at least 7 hrs of sleep per night
T - Tracking - to track my eating, exercise and write in my journal every day
A - Abolish - the diet coke and the sweets, my biggest downfalls!!!
R - Recreation - to make time for my family and myself away from the normal daily routine
T - TLC - to do something each day JUST for ME :-)
And one other thing...to accept that the day that are hard is only one day and doesn't need to turn into a week, a month, a year or more!
This time this is between me and my Sparky friends...my family have no idea the trip I am about to take, but I know I am amongst friends x x x
