I tried the new video on SP. I think it is a new post.
The SP tracker said I burned 103 calories but I really pushed it during the cardio blasts and burned 247 calories. I was already warmed up so that may have helped.
My goal is to get strength training in 3 days a week. This is one area of fitness I don't really enjoy. This video is a 20min cardio blast with strength.
