Well it's been very busy with the holidays as I'm sure is the same with you all. The week before I went on holiday I was really ill and found it difficult to control my food intake, but still tracked. However, for the last week, the pen has not touched the page and I'm actually ok with that, as long as I am very disciplined from now on. I have not eaten that much chocolate, but I have been having as much of everything else as I can. I don't want to actually hold myself back too much but I would like to stick to my simple rules:
1) Keep tracking - be RESPONSIBLE. If I'm going to have glasses of wine and cheese, I need to record that, not just let it get to the point where I'm no longer conscious of it.
2) Have a good breakfast - All bran cereal with banana, or some eggs if possible
3) Water - drink, drink, drink
4) Careful with the carbs!
5) Portion control - eat slowly and only one portion.
6) READ SPARK
I've actually changed one of my rules, because I had said that I can cheat, but actually, I'm cheating all the time because I'm not buying my own food. I have realised that carbs seriously make me bloated and almost sick, but it's also hard not to have them - like I'll be needing to take a sandwich with me to go skiing. We're on a tight budget and things like that can help restrict unnecessary money lashing.
In any case, from TOMORROW I'll be tracking again and will let you know how it goes:)
