Day 298: Going for 300!

emoticon I think I am going to reach 300 days blogged this year!! That's pretty awesome! Again I'll keep going in the new year just not numbering them the same. I HIGHLY recommend blogging to help with this journey, well, with life in general.
emoticon I reached my 15,000 steps yesterday. Barely, but I did it! I had to do a little jog in place to get the last hundred before going to bed. lol!
emoticon I did not do great with eating. I ate left over chips from Christmas Eve with hummus. The upside is, the chips are gone so I won't be eating any more! :) Today will be a GOOD eating day! I CAN DO THIS!!!
emoticon I also went up on the scale this morning. BUT it's just a day. I CAN DO THIS! I WILL get that scale moving in the right direction!!!
emoticon I DID take my vitamins! I'm starting to get into the habit again. Yay! I CAN DO THIS too!
emoticon I did pretty good with my water as well. I think though that I need to do the hair ties on the water bottle to keep track again. And make sure I fill it all the way up each time to really make sure I'm getting all of my water I need.
emoticon Did I track anything? I tracked NOTHING! :( I can do this! I can do this! I can do this!!! Well, the fitbit takes care of the fitness part and the sleep part. But I need to take care of the food and water part. I CAN do that. I can do it. I can do it! I CAN DO IT!!!

Today is a NEW day!! I will track EVERYTHING!! I WILL get in my 15,000 steps. I WILL get in all of my water. I WILL take my vitamins. I WILL show self control in my eating. I WILL be a positive happy person today! Today will be a complaint free day!! "Everyday in every way I am growing stronger and stronger."

Resolution #1: NEVER GIVE UP!!!!
Resolution #2: BE PROUD!!! BE POSITIVE!!!
Resolution #3: COUNT DOWN! (I found a desktop widget to help me with this! 177 DAYS TIL DISNEY CRUISE! :) )
Resolution #4: Do SOME sort of exercise everyday. Wether a few crunches, 10 minutes or an hour of cardio or an hour of yoga. DO something to benefit your health (mind, body, and spirit) Start TODAY!!! And EVERYDAY!!!
Resolution #5: TAKE YOUR VITAMINS!!!
Resolution #6: STOP CHEATING!! Gain Self Control and Willpower
Resolution #7: Continue BLOGging! (#7 & #3 go together like 2 birds of a feather) :)
Resolution #8: 15,000 FITNESS MINUTES IN 2013!!
Resolution #9: AVERAGE 15,000 STEPS A DAY!!
Resolution #10: Keep working on Tracking EVERYTHING!! Food and water and weight and fitness. EVERYTHING!! I CAN DO THIS!!!
