Okay -- that's it! I can start my New Year's resolutions early -- as i just finished off the (gasp) LAST of the junk food*. Now my cupboard is rather bare .... no chocolates, no chips, no candy... but this is a GOOD thing! I DO have healthy options in my pantry ... and I need to shop tomorrow for some more appealing, healthy snack and quick meal options. *Okay, I do have a handful of those dollar-coin gold wrapped chocolate discs ... but I almost don't count them, because I really don't even like them much, and I'm going to put them on the top shelf, and I can have one or two if I have an absolute chocolate craving ... they're pretty safe b/c I don't like them much, and at least they're small, and I don't have many of them.
So here goes! DAY ONE --- here we are!!
Any suggestions from reformed snackers as to how you 'stay on the wagon' from junk-food snacking?
p.s. I know it would have been better to have given away the junk food instead of eating it ... but, well... I didn't.
But here we go, now, toward healthy living!!
