What happened in December?

I just lost myself. I think I found myself again, as well as the enemy. Sugar. IT has become my weakness for the past month. I don't know why I let it invade in on my progress. I have a round belly to show, not a pretty sight. I have been constantly doing Zumba about 2 days a week and eating seconds as well as sugar=the enemy. So now that I recognize he snuck into my weakness. I will finish off the dark Chocolate I got for Christmas, and put in the new video routine I got for Christmas as well. It is called 10 min trainer and I am so excited to add it into my daily routine. Whatever routine that becomes, I can say I put in 10 min of a workout. It has become so hard to find Me time with 5 kids and a newborn, who is a half a year old! Ouch. I was hoping to fit back into my 12s by now. So with a month delay, here comes January and new goals and new favor! I have to! I don't want to get into a slump again. It is so hard to get back on track, especially when you mess up! A few positive thoughts: my 14s are feeling loose, Zumba is getting easier. I may still stick with Zumba because it is fun! and an hour of cardio and free Childcare. You can't go wrong with that! Now I need to focus on my eating as well as how frequent I work out. wish me luck! Shan
