I'm about to start my hybrid tomorrow. Just wondering if I'm alone..
I'm going to follow my TF 12 week schedule and everyday add in a bbl workout.
Why am I starting on a Friday and not Monday?? WHY THE HECK NOT lol.. In all the years I've had as a fat chic I know that you can't wait one more day.. By Monday I'll be on my 8th workout if I do 2 a day. .
With the bbl I don't like or need any of the cardio ( that's what TF is for ), so I will be trading off Bum bum, tummy tuck ( love it ), and High and tight
Tomorrow I will post my workout, starting stats and other word vomit.. Wish me luck!! I'll need it
