It's a New Year coming up and I figured since the earth is still intact and I am not running from zombies or whatever the hell was supposed to happen, I may as well finally achieve my goals.
I have a few goals to achieve in 2013. One of them includes losing 60 lbs and getting into "superhero" shape. :) I want to be more fit than I have been in my life and have the confidence and energy that comes along with that.
Writing helps me keep on track with things and so I am going to try to make use of this blog space to keep updated on my goals and keep on track. I may also try to post my other goals as I go to keep on track with them as well.
I have kind of been on a failure streak...well let me rephrase that to a "learning" streak, but now I am ready to start stacking up some major successes in life. I think the daily checking in and setting solid small goals is a great way to get going.
I think this site is a great tool because there is so much useful information and community support. I don't know many other people trying to lose weight so it will help to have others to communicate and share with in this effort.
So feel free to drop me a line or add me or share with me etc. I am lookign forward to getting this started and making some changes that stick and to make this year the best one of my life!
