Got my workout done this morning (Turbo Fire 55 EZ) and you can NOT believe how good that felt! Forget the weightloss for a moment, our bodies were designed to MOVE. Just think of all the joints, muscles, and cushioning that we were made with, in preparation for us to be ACTIVE! These last couple of weeks, I've been anything BUT! I was starting to feel sooooo stiff and achy. Much better now. Go push play, people! Your body will thank you for it!
