What are your fitness goals for 2013? I haven't done alot of work on mine. Need to go there though, now before the first of the year.
I do goals instead of resolutions.
I want to be INTENTIONAL about "choosing my hard".
Do you do SMART goals?
I do. They are the only ones that ever worked for me. The philosophy of SMART goals goes right along with the Franklin Covey planner I use; the two systems go extremely well together. Hand in glove.
Here are some initial brainstorming thoughts:
Find and read my book, The Step Diet. Post chapter reviews online and in the team.
I am pretty sure I want a specific weight loss goal this year.
I am pretty sure I want a specific goal of changing negative thinking to positive.
I am pretty sure I want a specific ST goal this year. Nothing fancy or needing a trainer; simple things like one goal for core, and another for dumbbells.
I am pretty sure I want a consistency goal this year.
I am pretty sure I want a goal about being INTENTIONAL, this year.
I have other life goals, but I am speaking of fitness goals only in this blog.
I'm not giving up, and I'm not starting over. I'm continuing The Journey. And I'm Enjoying The Journey.
