Not too much to say- I am somewhat disgusted with my progress (or rather lack thereof) I think I am going to push myself harder next year and try to avoid any diet pitfalls (diet as in what I am consuming as opposed to some sort of alimentary dogma). I also told my wife I want to measure myself once a month to try to keep myself more honest. And I want to start riding my bike more often (the REAL one not the stationary MADE-IN -CHINA torture machine) when the snow goes. Now here's to seeing if I can hold myself to it. I do NOT do resolutions any more as I have broken far too many of them over the years.

No resolutions for me either they give you an out that I don't want.
