Well, I'm home! Back to the comfort! I finished my vision board and some pages of my vision album.

While doing this task, it definitely has me motivated to go for my Fitness & Health Goals for 2013. In addition to the board & album, I have cleaned out my refrigerator and pantry of the foods that are not necessary for my health. I will be incorporating the Eat Clean Diet into my lifestyle, which will involve me cooking more than I'm accustomed to. Also, my mother & I will start to plan our menus every Saturday.
Now, I'm getting ready to write out January Fitness & Health Goals. I already have my 2013 Fitness & Health Bucket List written out. Now, I want to got through the Bucket List and tie monthly goals & mini-challenges to the list. I'm planning my attack on 2013! I'm so excited!
