The Plan works as well as you do...
My previous blog was about initiating a plan to cope with the holidays. I have to say it worked pretty darn good for the most part.
Of course it is only as good as the person working it and I do have my moments.
Like chocolates, not on Christmas Eve, not on Christmas day...
...my downfall was boxing day!
It was a day of rest and relaxation; putting away gifts and goodies.
Unfortunately we had received chocolates as gifts.
I don't buy, I don't have them on my home.
Well, because of the mindless eating.
One begets two...
Two begets three...
...You get the picture.
Well, they are gone! They are out of here!
I hope it isn't too little too late, but they are gone.
Thank you, thank goodness.
Now I have a plan and am putting that into place.
I have enrolled in 2 classes per week of Kickboxing (Sunday & Tuesday).
I have committed to a Spin & Strength class on Monday evenings.
I have committed to a Zumba class on Wednesdays.
I am committed to working out with a friend on Saturdays.
That is a commitment of 5 days of exercise.
I am sure I can do it.
I am sure I can make it work and make my body work, perhaps even more than the plan.
