How are you all doing through the holidays? I splurged one day only and felt bad for the entire next day. Energy was down, moody, just felt "sick." I know it was the sugar and carb(s) overload. Interestingly, the scale only showed a 1# gain?? I'm still thinking that the exercise and the muscles that are firmed up are at maximum metabolism. This is good news. Need to get back on that exercise (Total Gym) today - - missed 2 days.
