Just wanted to post a quick update on my Peak10 workouts. I still LOVE it! I'm halfway through week 4. Although the scale has "only" changed by 2.5 lbs, I can tell that I am getting tighter since all of my jeans are now too big. The only downfall to that is that I HATE jean shopping, lol! But still a good thing, so I guess I will just need to schedule a day to go do a little shopping. Until then: BELTS.
Michelle Dozios (instructor of Peak10) is very energetic and encouraging. I love it because it is a great combo of cardio along with weights, so I can get my whole workout done in an hour, as opposed to an hour and a half to two hours. A lot of her moves remind me of Turbo Fire/Turbo Kick, so of course that was a definite win for me! The program is only scheduled for 8 weeks, but I know that this won't be one that I push to the back of the shelf any time soon! After my 8 weeks are up, I plan to make a new schedule incorporating some Turbo and Jessica Smith DVDs along with the Peak10 workouts. (I am hoping that Chalene Johnson comes out with a Turbo Fire 2 system soon, then I will buying that and starting that set!)
