I just noticed that my tracker shows that I surpassed my December fitness minutes goal of 1000 minutes!! Love how the FitBit just tracks that automatically!
I actually only reached 10,000 steps 3 days in December, so I am going to have to bump up those goal minutes for the month of January.
Goals for January
- try Buckwheat for breakfast!
- get more 10,000 step days in (not easy when we have 4 ft of fresh snow out there!)
- work on some easy wheat-free lunches I can bring to work
- eat more fish
