January 1 is the start of our Biggest Loser challenge.
I haven't been very focused on my fitness the last couple months. Now I am ready. I'm so glad to have a few days post-Christmas to relax, re-focus, think about what is important to me and work out how I can make time for the things that matter most to me.
I really do love this time of year.
