Thought that I had but wished that I had not.....

Yup. I thought that I had but wished that I hadn't gained weight over the past week. I weigh myself once a week and today happened to be the day. Up 2.8 pounds. Ahh well. Time to get my mojo back.

I haven't even had the courage to weigh yet, so you are a bit ahead of me! I know mine will be more than 2.8 as I have not been on the scale for several weeks and am finding it harder to button my pants these days. I was in denial, but between you and a great story on Al Roker in the Parade magazine today, I am inspired! WE can do it!

    Let's make a pact to try to lose this weight together. I am up on the scale also. emoticon I am making plans to do better with my weight loss goals in 2013.
