The only way to reach your goals is to consistently be checking up on yourself, re-evaluating, and re-establishing your goals. At each check up, if you have reached a goal, set a new, tougher one that you know will challenge you. Increase resistance, start a new sport, move to the next level in your class. Whatever it may be, just continue to push yourself to the next level. Take risks and conquer them, and celebrate your accomplishments.
