My True love gave to me..two turtle dove ...which represent the Old and New testaments of the Bible.

and my memories brought by these pictures ore are of my father who died in 1974...I called him Papa...reading the Bible at the table or in his rocking chair [this picture shows white whiskers which Papa did NOT have, but I love this pic anyway];
his Christmas candies were chocolate covered cherries, sugared walnuts and fudge; and he always Went to the hilside and brought home a tree, lots of extra boughs for underneith the tree and put the lights on the tree and then mom and kids put the ornaments on while he sipped his hot chocolate then went out to milk the cows and evening chores and would come back in and tell Mama that it was the prettiest tree ever.
