Planing goals 2013

I'm planing to just take one workout movement for one boby part a week,because if i try to workout with a dvd workout,follow a video, I have to stop working out because of back pain .So i came up with a plan to follow.
1. Touching my toes and walk 10 minutes with 5 lb weights
2 Sit-ups and walking with 5 lb weights for 10 minutes
3. Mini chair bike 15 minutes and workout with 5 lb wieghts
At the end for one month if this plan works and no pain then all i have to do is add more workout time to it.
