Time to get sparking!!!!

Ewwwww..........I just stepped on the scales this morning for the first time in 3 weeks (to the day) and lo and behold I have gained 5 lbs........that is right 5 lbs..........ewwwwwwwwwww.....
.....and in only three weeks!!!! emoticon
Do I know where those lbs came from...........yup........feed
ing my face with all kinds of goodies and sitting on my butt and watching it grow!!!!! emoticon

Therefore I am not waiting for the new year to begin............I begin today. I will concentrate on drinking water (not soda as I have been doing) and 10 minutes (at least) of fitness. emoticon Tomorrow I will add in one more thing (without dropping todays goals) if today is successful (if not I will "practice" it again tomorrow). If I do not do this the above will continue and if I gain 5 lbs every 3 weeks I will have added another 10 lbs in the next 6 weeks......not even an option for me!!!!

    Just take one choice at a time and pretty soon you'll be string them together and before you know it - bam! those 5 lbs will be gone!

    Well done for starting now rather than procrastinating (like I am doing!).
Little steps building up will give you the success you want. Going full time at work will mean a little more thought to fitting bits in but even at work a bit of buttock clenching counts!!!
