I haven't been on Spark People for a bit. I was exercising and trying to eat well. I joined a RIPT program at my job and 3 days a week after work I would go to the gym and work my booty off (literally). I lost a few inches all over and was really pleased with myself (even though I was eating the same, I cut back my amount, everything in moderation). The problem is that the RIPT program was only 10 weeks long, and it ended the week before Thanksgiving. Since then I have only been to the gym once ugh. And I haven't been drinking water like I need to. I can tell I'm dehydrated....I've been eating the bad for me stuff in moderation but the chex mix and green bean casserole are my weaknesses.
So luckily RIPT starts back up next week (WHOO HOO)! I am going to go to the gym at least one extra day and maybe do a day of the Bootcamp we have there on that day. The gym always gets so packed in Jan because everyone makes their new years resolutions.
