I finally got up the courage to get on the scale this morning and was shocked to see that I have gained over 10 pounds since October! Not only that, but I had gained about 20 pounds in the year before that. I am now within 20 pounds of the weight that got me started on a very successful weight loss 4 years ago. What I did then was to make a resolution to exercise at least 30 minutes a day for one month and joined a local TOPS group. I also was very faithful in tracking my food on Spark and slowly got to my goal weight. If it worked then, it should work now so I am making a New Year resolution to do the same things again.
