So I've started tracking some weekly goals in the last month or so. As the end of 2012 nears, I'm debating how I want to do goals for 2013. I think I may continue the weekly goals but also add in some monthly goals. I think it's also a good time to reevaluate my long term goals and see where I want to go this year.
The biggest goal I've come up with so far is 20+ visits to the gym each month. I did it in November, but December has been a bit of a disaster with the weather and the holidays. I would like to try to hit that goal 10 out of 12 months in 2013. It's kind of silly, but we have a frequent users list at the gym and I LOVE seeing my name on it.
Beyond that, still planning (and plotting).
