Once you stop

Thursday, December 27, 2012

So hard to start back up again. Eating has been sucking. Exercise, ugh! It's still just a sheet of ice outside. I wanna run outside so bad but it seems too iffy to fall. I weighed myself this morning finally 166 lbs. Could be much worse, would be much better. Scott asked me if I wanna do Illinois marathon this yr (the half marathon). It's in May and there 2 price increases til then. I think I will wait til the next price increase. I could be pretty pregnant by May if all goes as planned. End of Feb is a better time to gauge this. Must get some dancing done before work, must sweat and feel better! have a good Thursday you guys! Oh ya and I am finally off my sudafed streak. Scott started me on a neti pot and I am running the humidifier while I sleep. My allergies have been terrible for months! It's working yay!!!

Getting pregnant is easy for some people, and takes a while for others - so don't get too disappointed if it takes a while. (Just enjoy the trying, ya know?)

And feel better - allergies all winter suck big time!

I am already sick of snow and ice and we have had little. More to come tomorrow and hubby's boss wants him to work on his snowy roof. The neti pot and humidifier are much better options.

Hmm, I have to research Netti pot now as I have really bad allergies and sinuses. I am glad yours are feeling better.

It must be so difficult to do exercise when it is so icy. I mean just going out in that must be hard to go to a gym or what have you. But, it looks like you are still getting it done. emoticon

I have a few co-workers who swear by the Netti pots, I've never tried one but am glad it is working so well for you. Good luck with the possible half marathon. As for running have you tried yak tracks? I've heard of many using them to run in the winter time.

    Good luck

Netti pots are uncomfortable but they work. My DH and DD call them Chinese torcher device.
    Feel better soon
