Ahhh, boobs themselves are fat tissue and mammary glands. You can tighten up your "chest wall" which will help with appearance, but if your issue is "sagging" - not sure you are going to get what you are looking for - BUT what you will get is a stronger body, stronger bones, be able to burn more calories (which means at some point you will be able to eat a little more)
DO NOT give up ST just cuz it isn't a magic wand to create a 'boob job'!!

Bench presses/chest presses with a barbell or dumbbells. will help tone and tighten the muscle while reducing fat in your chest. No you won't look like a body builder but the ladies will sit a touch higher. You'd seriously need to have next to no body fat to look like a body builder. 1306 days ago
