I am so happy to be back on track after the holidays. Some major damage control needs to be done so here is my plan and major goals for 2013:
Goal 1: Drop some weight (about 10 lbs) to get down to my ultimate goal! I've come such a long way and working out is a big part of my life now that I enjoy doing. I do need to get the eating under control by logging cals and drinking tons of water daily. My weigh in day will be every Sunday because it will force me to stay on track on the weekend.
Goal 2: Run a full marathon by the end of April 2013. This is a huuuge goal, can I even do it? 26.2 miles, over four and a half hours of running. I have to commit to this now and start training hard.
Huge scary goals but I know I am going to do it!
