What is Oxycise!

So many of you haven't heard of this method of getting large amounts of oxygen into our bodies. Here is a link to comments by professionals and folks who have experienced this practice.

I have noticed that I have less knee pain when I am faithful to it. Unfortunately, I have been less faithful to it and never faithful long enough to see the weight loss others have experienced. That's what I am working toward.

I have found that diets just don't work for me. There has to be movement. I have lost a few times on low carb, but not been able to stick to it. So my plan is now to get this Oxycise! a habit.
