Woo hoo! I got on the scale today and have not gained any weight over the last week - quite a feat, as I have not been great at tracking over the holidays. No, I haven't lost any weight this week, but I also have not gained.
I feel as though I have a sense for what my "minimum" and "maximum" are each day, which is making it easier to not gain when I am away from SP. :)
