2013 Goals

Weight Loss:

To achieve my goal weight of 125 by June 5th I am going to Reno and would love to be at my goal by this time!

Strength Training:

To start lifting a little heavier to put on some muscle.

Fitness:

Sign up for a few 5ks to keep on track. I find working towards a goal keeps me motivated.

Other:

Better at food prep on Sundays.
Less Starbucks
More Organized
