I started out the year at 230 pounds. Implementing rackets sports at least twice a week and watching what I eat has made the difference. Now I am down to 210 without trying.

You see a couple years ago I was diagnosed with diabetes with an A1C of over 9. Immediately they placed me on 3 medications get my sugar under control. Now to bring you up to date I have an A1C less then 6 without any medication.
So for 2013 I am going to sit down and set some new goals. I am thinking I would like to get my A1C less then 5.5 and drop some fat in the first 90 Days of 2013. I am going to also be more consistent with my goal for resistance training. I find that the most convenient form of resistance exercise is using resistance bands. I know if I can just consistently incorporate just 20 min of resistance exercise 2 times a weeks I will get results.
