I switched to a different scale. It weighs me higher than the other one, but it is much easier to see. It also doesn't fluctuate as much through out the day. It's a digital. It will show point whatever too. Over all I'm liking it better. I step on it every day, not to worship at the scale alter, but to note if anything I'm doing is working. My main tester is my clothes. Sometimes the scale says I haven't lost a thing but my clothes tell me I did. Also this time of the year clothes get a bit tight on some days.
I also got an i pod nano. It has a pedometer built into it. Have any of you used one? Any tips I need to know?
