I made it through the holidays with only gaining 2lbs!! This is the first year that I have actually paid attention to what was being placed on my plate and chose some better options that helped me tremendously!
After much discussion with my mom and sister who have both lost over 50lbs each I am going to focus on my diet. The strict diet changes last January is what pushed me into weight loss. The 17 Day Diet for me has worked a couple of different times to keep things moving. I am ready for strong dedication and will start Cycle 1 FRIDAY!!
My dedications for the next 17 days:
#1 I dedicate the next 17 days to zero alcohol, avoiding my favorite "Thirsty Thursdays" drinks and opting for water instead!
#2 I dedicate the next 17 days to 17 minutes of cardio every day of the week!
#3 I dedicate to have faith that I too can reach my goals, keeping my mind focused and leaving some sticky notes in places to keep me reminded of my goals.
#4 I dedicate to KEEP WITH IT!!
#5 I dedicate to the next 17 days to reach out to friends, family and spark members for help when I am feeling unaccomplished and demotivated. TALKING IT OUT KEEPS IT FRESH IN MY MIND!
